Terms of Service

What this service is
GotAny, operated by Emboss LLC, publishes live plant availability pages for partner nurseries and passes customer order requests to them. We are not the seller. Every sale is between you and the nursery.
Requests are not orders
Submitting a request does not reserve or hold anything, does not reduce the nursery’s stock, and does not charge you. Nothing is confirmed until the nursery contacts you directly. Prices, sizes, and availability shown are supplied by the nursery and can change or sell out before they reach you.
Inventory accuracy
Availability comes directly from each nursery’s own records and is shown as they maintain it. We do not independently verify it. Answers given by the chat assistant are drawn from that same data and may be incomplete. Call the nursery to confirm anything you are relying on.
Text messages
If you check the consent box on the request form, you agree to receive transactional text messages about that request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELPfor help. Replies to our number other than STOP and HELP are not monitored — contact the nursery by phone. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
Acceptable use
Use the site to find plants and contact nurseries. Do not submit requests for anyone other than yourself, enter a phone number you do not control, scrape or resell the listings, or attempt to disrupt the service.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, or that any listing is accurate or currently in stock.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emboss LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a listing being inaccurate, a plant being unavailable, or a nursery not contacting you. Your dealings with a nursery are between you and that nursery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
