Who we are

GotAny is operated by Emboss LLC (“GotAny,” “we,” “us”). We publish live plant availability pages for partner nurseries and pass customer order requests to those nurseries. This policy covers gotany.app and every nursery page hosted on it.

What we collect

• Order requests. The name and mobile phone number you enter, and the plants you add to your request.
• Questions you ask.Messages you type into the chat on a nursery’s page, so we can answer them.
• Basic technical data. Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type.

We do not collect payment information. No payment is taken on this site.

How we use it

We use your name, phone number, and request to deliver that request to the nursery you selected, and to send you a text message confirming the nursery received it. We use chat messages to answer your question about that nursery’s inventory. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messaging

You consent to text messages by checking the consent box on the order request form. Consent is collected at the point you provide your number. Messages are transactional only — a confirmation that your request was received. We do not send marketing text messages.

Message frequency varies and depends on how many requests you submit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out does not affect your ability to contact the nursery by phone.

Sharing

We share your name, phone number, and request with the nursery you submitted it to, so they can call you back. We also use service providers to operate the site — hosting, text message delivery, email delivery, and the AI model that answers inventory questions — who process this information only on our instructions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Retention

We keep order requests only as long as needed to pass them to the nursery and keep a record of the transaction. The nursery keeps its own copy of your request, under its own practices.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request deletion, email us at hello@gotany.app.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
